Once you have written them down, they serve as targets for you to meet, and you will find it much easier to meet your targets if you see them in written form right in front of you.

Tip 2 - Delegate Your Tasks


Especially effective if you have people you can delegate tasks to, this will effectively cut down your time and save you lots of energy.

But to do that, you'll need to know how to delegate your tasks to the right people. If you give it to the wrong people to do your tasks, you run the risk of wasting more time trying to put the wrong things right.

Also, don't be a perfectionist and only think it's best to do everything on your own. You'll only burn out overtime.

Tip 3 - Manage Your Time.


Time management is such an important skill, organizations pay top dollar to coaches who will teach their staff effective time management.

And if you can learn effective time management, you can achieve a lot in very little time, giving you more time for other aspects of your life.
