The Power of a Smile

You use the power of a smile to express joy and satisfaction. Smile which you wear on your face is much more important, than the clothes you wear. Smile always says, "I like you. You make me happy. I'm glad to see you."

That's why dogs have such success. They are so pleased to see us that almost jump out of their skin. So it is natural, that we enjoy them. Smile of the baby is exactly the same.

Insincere grin? No, it does not fool anyone. We learned how to recognize an artificial smile and we reject it. Real smile flows from somewhere in the depths of the heart.

People who smile, usually sell, learn and work more efficiently. They are raise happier children too. According to some research, people who smile sincerely on photograph, live longer.

The power of a smile is huge even if no one sees how we smile. If you smile talking on the phone, that smile will be hear in your voice.

People rarely succeed at work if they do not do it with pleasure. If you want to be successful you must carry your duties and have fun from it. If you lost the joy of your work you finally losing.

And what if you feel that you do not want to smile? Two things. First, force yourself to smile. When you are alone, force yourself to whistle or hum a song. Behave as if you have been happy and you see that you actually will be happy.

Everyone in the world are looking for happiness, and there is only one way to find them. You have to control your thoughts. Happiness does not come from the outside. It depends on what is in us.

Who you are, where you are, what you do and what are you doing at the moment, does not make you happy or unhappy. What is important, is what you think about all this. For example, two people located in exactly the same position and doing the same, one may be lucky and the other not. The difference is in attitude.

Your smile is a messenger of your good will. Your smile brightens the lives of all who see it. For someone who watches dozens of grim faces, your smile is like a ray of sun piercing through the clouds. Especially when that someone is just being harassed by the boss, clients, teachers, parents or children, your smile will remind him that not all is hopeless, that there is still joy in the world . Remember the power of a smile does not provide any value as long as it does not donate to someone.
