The Mentality of Legends

Never be discouraged never hold back give everything you've got fall forward regarding onto your dream and abiding focused is extremely important if I could come from a council estate in the middle of Stratford upon Avon and live in seventeen residences before I was sixteen and win three Michelin superstars anybody who wants to come in and imitate or use me as inspiration then, you know, I'm the real deal you know, in the beginning we went to every single description and every single description slam their entrance on us um ... the genius thing that we did was we didn't give up we didn't say' because these people' you know, we used that what do they know approaching you know, we didn't give up at that point you know, when I went to film institution everybody suggested well you're nuts, what are you going to film institution for? none from film institution had ever get a chore in the movie business, it merely had never happened so you were just fated to be a ticket ticker at Disneyland so it was like' why would you do that ?' you know' why don't you take a major you can actually get a job at ?' but, formerly I fell in love with it there was no going back although there are I had absolutely no chance of representing it in the movie business so, whatever you feel in your heart and in your intestine you should follow that follow that and then if that changes one day, that's fine too, then you follow that but you're the only one who knows , nobody else you can't tell anyone tell you what your best is you know what your best is and I work at it, you know you can have whatever you require it just takes work I've never actually viewed myself as particularly talented where I excel is ludicrous, nauseating work ethic you now, while the other guy is sleeping I'm working while the other guy is gobbling I'm working none drives harder than me within the octagon, outside the octagon I am a workhorse work your butt off "youve never" want to miscarry because you didn't work hard enough I never wanted to lose a competition or lose an election because I didn't work hard enough I always felt leaving no stone unturned Mohammed Ali, one of my great heroes, had a great position in the 70 s when he was asked' how many sit ups do you do ?' he suggested' I don't count my sit ups, I only start counting when it starts hurting, when I experience pain, that's when I start counting because that's when it actually counts, that's what sees you a champ' to become an entrepreneur is not easy and a lot of people who try to become entrepreneurs they miscarry along the way but good ones pick themselves up and they try again and then try again until they succeed if they can do it, I can do it and that is the mentality if somebody else can do it, you can do it and I said to myself, I will do it and I will do it better that is the mentality don't be afraid to miscarry anything I have ever struggled I was always willing to miscarry merely the fact that I'm willing to fail is an brainchild people are so scared to lose that they don't even try like, one thing that people can't say is, they can't say I'm not trying that I'm not trying my hardest and I'm not trying to do it the best behavior that I know how with what very little information I get don't give up you will miscarry one thousand times but then you'll succeed and most people like to give up when they are fail because that's when it feels like that's when you're supposed to give up' I tried, I failed. Time to quit' I totally disagree collapse actually happens when you've decided that you no longer want to pursue that dream that's the moment of collapse that's the point when you turn the corner from on your behavior to success to neglecting I've often gratified people who are panicked, in a channel coat of their own representing because they would rather do anything than miscarry they don't want to try for suspicion of neglecting well that's the rock bottom thing rock bottom wasn't merriment, at all I'm not going to romanticise rock bottom but it was liberating what did I have to lose? I've found that good-for-nothing in life is worthwhile unless you take risks nothing. Reggie Jackson struck out 2600 periods in his vocation, "the worlds largest" in the history of baseball but you don't hear about the strike off, people remember the home run Thomas Edison conducted one thousand neglected experiments did you know that? I didn't know that because the one thousand and first was the light bulb I wanted it as bad as I wanted to breathe and even collapse wasn't enough to draw me cease.

Employee Motivation For Success

If the employer is able to determine what motivates employees, he will be capable of ensuring that his workers concentrate on accomplishing the company's objectives and also make certain that they do not leave the company.

David McClellands theory emphasised the need for people to accomplish something. He suggests that people will work harder where they are given responsibility and are empowered to make decisions. He also suggests that a work environment where staff are given achievable targets and are encouraged to take calculated risks will produce highly motivated employees.

Feeling like a part of the team. This goes directly to the heart of feeling better. When we feel like we are a part of something bigger than us, it makes us feel better. Society and religion are all based upon this principle. When we are working with others who all have similar goals it has the powerful effect of making us feel as though we are doing the right thing. When people join organizations, or even when they think about God, they become relieved when they know they are part of something much greater than themselves. Any employee motivation program should incorporate basic principles designed to help employees feel like they are part of a team.

Abraham Maslow one of the most known historical psychologists, gave us Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Understanding this hierarchy can be useful in strategy planning for employee motivation programs, but regardless of the operating level, the motivation is still to feel better. Feeling better is why we work, build friendships, eat, sleep, get married, have children, go on vacation, strive to succeed. Everything we do is designed to help make us feel better. Although this concept may seem simplistic, it is at the heart of motivation, and key to understanding how to develop employee motivation programs.

Motivating employees is not an easy task, due to the fact that what motivates employees seems to change overtime. To say, different employees are motivated in different ways according to their needs. For example, one employee will be motivated to do his task by way of responsibility, while on the other hand another employee will be motivated by monetary rewards. However, it is possible to motivate an employee only if they want to be motivated. As a result, it is thus vital to identify the reason and create the atmosphere that encourages the non-performing employees to refresh and motivate themselves. In other words, it is thus important to try and find out what really motivates the employee.

One of the keys to being a successful manager is the ability to motivate employees to perform at their best. When employees aren't interested in their work or they're bored, employee motivation is low and productivity drops. Generally, employees are willing and able to work if they feel their job is important and they are appreciated. Managers who give recognition and feedback are likely to create a workplace built on an expectation of success.

Positive vision of end results.

When you set new goal very often your mind suggest you automatically all obstacles on the way to achieving your goal. If you do not try to overcome this you will focus on problems not on goal. As a result you get more problems and less positive outcome. This is why positive thinking is so important and we should practice it every day. When you set your goals you should also find and write down as much as possible reasons to success. It is important to positively visualize results, which we want to achieve. You should start your journey to goal with positive vision of end results. Keeping positive image of your goal in your mind and heart helps you to overcome obstacles to achieve it.

Don't limit yourself.

It is worth to think what better you can achieve than your initial goal. What result can be better than this which you set on the beginning? What enjoyed you even more. Remember you should set your goal so big to make all problems, small and insignificant in comparison. There is the rule that if you can imagine it you can achieve it.

On the beginning it can be, that you will not see any results. You may also have no idea how to achieve your goal and sometimes you may even think that your goal is not achievable. In the moments like that think about analogy to seed. After sowing, you have to wait long for the first blade and this is just first sign of harvest, to which still long way. If you give up and you will not be cultivate the grain you can forgot about harvest. So never, never, never give up.

Vocalize your goals.

Beyond positive creation of your goal image, you can try also to vocalize it. It means read or speak out loud this what you want to achieve with the energy and confidence. On the beginning you will feel little stupid and uncomfortable, but your goal is outside your comfort zone.

Take an action.

All mind tricks have one reason - motivate you to action. Taking action is most important. Do something to achieve your goal, check if it working. If not find if you can modify it to get the result you want. If still not working find another method. Do not stop acting.

Initial failures are inevitable. Positive vision of end results allows you to overcome it, stand up and try again.

Improve your self-talk for perfect motivation.

Not only what we say to ourselves, but also how we do that affects on our motivation. When you have important task to do, you can use command "Do it !" to motivate yourself. You can also politely request yourself by saying "Could you do it, please". It has been scientifically proven, that if you ask, it works better. It turned out that "request" not only motivate better, but also have an effect on perseverance.

Think of it this way. If you would really love and respect yourself, would you issue orders for yourself? Imagine that your shadow is your imaginary friend and he continuously saying to you that what you hear in your head. If what you say to yourself, you would like to hear from someone else - a friend or a stranger.

If you not aware what you talk to yourself very often your self-talk is negative. To become a better listener of yourself, you can apply three simple tricks:

  1. Take notes - always carry with you pen and paper or notebook and write your negative talk when it happen.
  2. Stop - when you find yourself in some negative self-talk say out loud "Stop!". Take deep breath, keep it, count to four and release. Focus on the moment between breathing.
  3. Bracelet - wear special bracelet even simply rubber band when you notice that your self-talk is negative pass the bracelet to the other wrist.

Above is the first step, when you more aware about your self-talk. Sometimes it is enough to consciously change it to a positive, but sometimes negative dialogue in your head seams to be unstoppable. What you can do in this situation?

  1. Break your pattern - when you have negative self-talk, do something to change your state, stand up, go for a walk. If you can start to jump or turn on music and start to dance.
  2. Questions - start to ask better question to get better answers. Instead asking "Why can't I do this?" ask yourself "How can I do this?". You can use power of the question to find that your negative talk is not necessary true or even not logical.
  3. Weakening - simply replace some words for weaker synonymous. For example instead of "I hate something" use "I don't like something"
  4. Tapping - some advance but powerful method is tapping (EFT), by tapping points on your body and telling your negative emotions you can release stress and start to think more clearly and positively
  5. Invert - change negative sentence in opposite positive sentence. Maybe on the beginning you feel that this is not true, but if you repeat your positive sentence few times it is big chance that you change your thinking, your interpretation of the facts, and your reality.
  6. SODA - this technique I find on Davidji blog http://www.davidji.com/newsletter/2012/04/peaches.html SODA is the acronym for Stop, Observe, Detach, Awaken below short description
"Stop whatever you are doing or thinking; Observe yourself – where you are, who you are with, what is going on from a witnessing perspective; Detach from the drama, charge, and emotion of the moment (you may want to physically take a step back); and then Awaken to the most divine version of yourself." - Davidji www.davidji.com
Described above strategies are very effective. Still we can do something to limit negative self-talk. When you surround yourself with positive people your mood will be lifted up. So try to stay away from negative people and environment. Next you can use positive affirmation not from time to time but regularly like body exercise.

Control what and how you talk to yourself will benefit not only your motivation but can also change the quality of your life.

How to Make a Breakthrough

by Tony Papajohn

Want to make a breakthrough?

We've all had times when we just can't seem to get past a certain level of success. Somehow we get stuck in our "comfort zone." We are doing OK. However, we know we can do better.

I've observed that this is simply a matter of breaking through a mental and emotional barrier that the imagination has built in error. Here's a simple and fun technique that shows the imagination that the breakthrough you desire is "No big deal!"

You will need, Post-It notes, a pen, plastic wrap, scotch tape, and a sense of humor.

On several Post-It notes, write out the reasons you have not made your breakthrough up to this point. These can be traits you think you lack, skills you haven't developed yet, or experience you've yet to gain.

Don't spend a lot of time on this. The first few thoughts that come to mind will do nicely.
So let your mind form these words spontaneously and jot them down as you might a shopping list. When you are done, set these notes aside for a moment.

On other Post-It notes, write out your answer to the question "What will this breakthrough do for me?" Answer this question in terms of the financial, personal, mental, emotional, professional, and even spiritual benefits. Use as many notes as you need. Again, let your mind form the words. Write whatever occurs to you spontaneously. When you are done, set these notes aside.

Now we are going to show the imagination the flimsy "comfort zone" barrier it erroneously built. Tear off one sheet of plastic wrap a few inches wider that an average doorway. Position this sheet a little lower than shoulder high across a doorway in your home and tape it to the molding.

This is the "comfort zone" barrier your imagination mistakes for something solid!

On the side facing you, affix the Post-It notes with the reasons you have not made your breakthrough up to this point. This is what you are about to "break through."

On the other side, affix the Post-It notes with the answers to the question "What will this breakthrough do for me?" This is the success on the other side of your exciting breakthrough that will take place in the very near future.

Now you are ready.

Stand in front of the plastic wrap/flimsy barrier. Position yourself so that one solid thrust with your arm will go right through this "barrier."

Hold your hand like a knife with your hand and fingers pointing away from your body. Extend your hand perpendicular to the floor such that your fingertips will be the first to slice through this insignificant obstacle.

Set your feet comfortably apart, take a deep breath, give your best "karate chop yell," and thrust your arm forward so that your hand cuts right through to success!

Congratulations! You just made your breakthrough! Easy, wasn't it?

And perhaps you feel a little silly! I've never seen anyone who actually did this that didn't get a good laugh out it. What's even sillier (but not funnier) is that you let a barrier flimsier than this hold you back.

I'm hoping you feel, "Hey! Nothing to it!" Now that you've got the "Nothing to it!" idea, make a plan, get busy, and follow through.

Once you've made the breakthrough in your mind and in your doorway, there really is "Nothing to it!"

7 Simple Mind Tricks To Achieve Success

By Greg Frost

Most people do not utilize enough of their brain. Some would even say in order to succeed, you need luck, not brain power. You can trick your brain into believing otherwise with simple mind tricks. Success is something that you envision and create for yourself. Use these easy techniques to help gain more success in your life.

Motivation

If you can envision yourself on the path to success, you are already using motivation as a way to engage your mind and gear yourself toward the reality of your thought process. To keep yourself motivated, talk about the plans you intend to fulfill. The more you motivate yourself by talking about your plans, the more likely you are to take that first step toward completion of those plans.

Motivation is a major key to success. No plan or idea ever created itself. It takes human ingenuity and the brain power of man to see plans through and make them a reality.

Positive Thinking

This may not seem like a mind trick, but in all actuality it is one of the best mind tricks. Achieving success can be a very challenging task. When you think positively, you dispel any doubt you may be harboring. Negative thoughts bring you down and make it difficult to succeed. No matter how bad things may seem, keep your thoughts positive and do not stray from a successful course.

Read to Exercise Your Mind

Reading may seem like it is a simple task that you do every day. This is true, however reading also helps transform your ideas and introduces new ways of thinking. Reading is one of the true ways you can train your mind for success. Not only does it help keep your brain geared for optimal performance, it also helps your continue to educate yourself.

Envisioning

Perhaps you have hit a slump and can't seem to get past a road block you have set for yourself. This would be procrastination at its best. When you get to this point, don't let it stop you. Instead think ahead. Close your eyes and envision the task already done and what it feels like to have accomplished it. When you open your eyes you will be ready to continue down that path of success and finish the work that put you in that slump.

Identify Thoughts

Distractions cause even the most motivated individual to stray from their path of success. Most of the time distractions come in the form of thoughts. It is important to be able to determine which thoughts are actually inhibiting you from succeeding and which thoughts are the motivating thoughts that are helping you succeed.

Relax

When you relax you take the stress out of success. When you relax you give yourself the time to wind down and become comfortable with challenging ideas. Once you begin to consider them to be manageable hurdles you can relax and tackle them.

Focus

In order to feel assertive and carry through with your goal of success you need to think confidently about yourself and be what you think. This is one of many very simple mind tricks that most people do not even realize they can accomplish.

Ways on How to Motivate Yourself Everyday.

by Images Prints

Life can take its toll on all of us sometimes, and a lack of motivation can make your life much harder than it needs to be. Getting out of bed in the morning can seem like a hard thing, but with a bit of help, you can find your way again. Read on below for some great tips to motivate you to get through your day and make a difference in your life.

Having a goal.

Having a goal for your day can give your life meaning. Grab a notebook that you will dedicate to your goals each day. Before going to bed at night, write down something you want to accomplish the following day. This should be almost like a to-do list when you go shopping. If you choose to do this, you will start looking forward to each day because you feel like you have initially accomplished something every day of your life.

Going outside.

Give yourself a boost every morning by going outside and getting some fresh air. A few minutes surrounded by fresh air in the morning can clear your mind. It will not only clean your lungs, but give you a chance to clear up any problems you may have had with sleep.

Eating a healthy breakfast.

Make sure you are eating a healthy breakfast. Poor eating habits can not only make you feel worse, they will also take a toll on your health. A breakfast equipped with all of the right food groups will ensure you have enough energy to get through your day.

Exercise every morning.

Take some time to exercise every morning. It not only makes you a healthier person, but it lets you blow off some steam. If something is bothering you, exercise can help you find solutions to your problems as it lets you think. Thinking while you exercise is a common way of finding solutions to many problems.

Make sure you are hydrated enough.

In lieu of being healthy, make sure you are hydrated enough. Getting through the day is not just dependent on how you assert your mind, but how hydrated you are. Your health depends on drinking 8 glasses of water each day.

Meditate or pray in the morning.

Center your inner self by choosing to meditate or pray in the morning. If you are generally not religious, meditation can help you get in touch with your inner self and give your day focus. Praying can work much in the same way and reaffirm your much-needed faith. Whatever you choose to do, these can all help you overcome daily obstacles.

Write down dreams.

Oftentimes, a lack of sleep may contribute to a bad day ahead. Instead of dwelling on past dreams or nightmares, understand where they come from. Your subconscious mind is often trying to tell you something when you encounter dreams. Whenever you wake up, grab a notebook and write down dreams. This will give you a chance to look back at different dreams you may have had and you can analyze them to your benefit.

A positive attitude at the start of each day is the secret to success. Any great and successful person will tell you that having goals and a daily routine gets you started each morning. Use the simple, yet straightforward advice from this article to ensure you are doing what you can for yourself!

The How of Intention

by Joe Vitale

The area people get hung up the most with the Law of Attraction is "the how" of it all.

Meaning, they set an intention and then wonder and worry about what to do to actually manifest the end result.

They want a how.

That's a mistake.

As I wrote in in my book The Attractor Factor, after you state a clear intention, your final step is to let go while taking inspired action.
What does that mean?

Here's an example to help clarify the point...

After my personal trainer, Scott York, and I met and spent time at my home with legendary bodybuilder and actor Lou Ferrigno, we speculated who we'd like to meet next. Hanging with Lou for hours was a highlight of my life. He was charming and open. I'll never forget it, or him.*
Who did we want to see next?

The obvious answer for us was the legend himself, a man who even inspired Lou: Arnold Schwarzenegger.

We had both finished reading Arnold's autobiography, Total Recall, and were in awe of the man and his accomplishments. Arnold's list of record breaking successes is staggering.

Even at age 65, he's not slowing down. He has new goals, new passions, new projects, new movies, and a relentless drive to achieve more.
We decided we wanted to see him.

That was our new intention.

But how would we achieve it?

We didn't fret over how it would happen. We didn't make plans, or calls, or ask people for introductions. I could have done that. After all, I know people who know Arnold. I could have reached out and started to shake the trees, looking for my intro to Arnold.

But I didn't do any of that. Neither did Scott.

Why not?

We didn't feel inspired to do so.

When I say "let go and take inspired action," it means let go of any attachment or addiction or need for the end result. This requires faith. It requires trust. It requires a knowing that the intention will manifest, but in its own time and place. Or something even better will come along to replace it.

We let go of any "how"? to make it happen.

That's detachment.

But that's only part of the formula.

And at the same time, when you are inspired, act.

One night Scott was fooling around on his iPhone, just browsing emails while his kids played and watched television. As Scott thumbed through all the emails, he saw one that said, "Want to see Arnold?"

Scott couldn't believe it. He thought it was a joke or a scam. But he clicked on the email and read that a local person who has connections in the movie business was hosting the premier of Arnold's latest action movie, The Last Stand.

Turns out there was a contest where twenty winners could see the movie, and then visit with Arnold (and costar Johnny Knoxville) after the show for a private Q & A.

Scott doubted this was a ticket anywhere, but he took inspired action.
The host wanted a paragraph and a photo of every person wanting to win. Scott completed the requirements. He sent in his photo and such. And then he forgot about it.

Later that same night he received a response by email saying, "You won!"?

He was told he could attend the event with a friend.

Scott thought of me.

Together we went to that movie premier. We sat with a few other people and asked Arnold questions about the movie (great), politics (dirty), his goals (many), his future (movies), his exercise routine (daily), and more.

We got our intention!

Do you see how this works?

A clear intention - stated without desperation or need but with a childlike spirit of trust, faith and fun... led to an opportunity nobody could have predicted or orchestrated.

Our job was to take inspired action when it appeared. We did.
That's how the Law of Attraction works.

What do you want? What would be cool for you to have, do or be?
Arnold said his father taught him to "Be Useful."? That advice has guided his entire life.

Be useful.

What intention can you state that delights you while making you useful to others?

That will kick the Law of Attraction into overdrive. Just don't worry about how you will accomplish it. When ideas present themselves, act.
So, what is your benevolent intention?

State it.

And then let go of it while paying attention to any nudges from within or opportunities that come your way.

When you feel the inspiration to do something, act.

That's the "how?" of making your dreams come true.

Be The Master of Your Emotions

Do you find that at times your emotions get the best of you?

What do you usually do when you feel that you're on the brink of a "meltdown"? Maybe you turn to someone else to console you or maybe you self medicate with drugs, alcohol or something less obvious like overwork. Perhaps at some point, these things no longer do the job and you're unable to stay on your game because you're too overwhelmed by emotions. If this is the case, maybe it's time to learn how to bring the emotions themselves under your own control.

The good news is it's never too late to start learning some skills to nurture yourself when you're feeling under the gun or overly emotional. When you're feeling distressed, and too consumed by a problem, it can be quite difficult to come up with a solution to make things better or at the very least get yourself feeling better about things. For those times, it can be extremely helpful to make a list that can become your own custom "toolbox" of ways to help yourself that you know will work for you.

During those times, you might want to try "activating your senses" as sources of comfort. For example, you can tap into your sense of touch by wrapping yourself up in a comfy blanket, cuddling with a pet, or snuggling up with a large body pillow and enjoy the feeling of being embraced. Maybe you can listen to a favorite song or the sounds of nature, focusing on the positive feelings you associate with those sounds or treat yourself to a soothing cup of tea to provide yourself feelings of warmth and comfort. As you do this, focus on taking in the different smells and savoring each sip. Even lighting a candle with a calming aroma can indulge your senses, which can help bring you to a place that feels more stable, grounded, and secure.

Another effective strategy is to imagine that you're in a completely safe place; such as a beach, a lake or somewhere else that perhaps exists only on your imagination. Imagine in detail what it's like to be in this safe, calm place. Focus on what you can see, hear, and feel. As you take in this image, allow your stress to fade away as the feelings of calm arise. Once you have created this place in your mind, it's a place you can easily return to whenever you'd like a feeling of calm or peace.

Your emotions don't have to get your way! That's the best news. The trick is to realize that you can gain mastery over your emotions rather than it being the other way around. As you discover more of your own techniques to sooth yourself effectively, add them to your list. Then put them to work when you need them the most. For more ideas on how to gain mastery over any aspect of your life that you'd like to work on check out my new book Stage Climbing: The Shortest Path to Your Highest Potential.

Emotions,motivation and success

There are two forces that control all people. Love and fear.

In most cases, fear controls our lives and what we achieve in our lives. Success, wealth and money can all be related to emotions and our emotional state. So, with life so dependent on emotions, we should learn how to understand them. There is no better starting point than learning how to tame the fear. If we eliminate fear then nothing will be able to stop us achieving our goals. When we set targets, fear manifests itself in the form of subconscious thoughts. A person who has no goals is not a leader. Such a person is not afraid, because there is nothing to fear. Fear always goes hand in hand with action, and actions shape our lives. Many people go through life believing that external forces dictate what they have and how they  feel. Think, for a moment, about this often used statement: I love you. I really love you... Where does this feeling actually come from? This emotion... LOVE. Yes, it comes from inside yourself. You feel its importance and you have full control over it. You can apply this control of your emotions if you want to be a successful, wealthy leader. It is important to know that these two emotions control what you have now, and indeed, what you will get in future. Love, which is highly beneficial for self improvement, and fear, which is a challenge for you to master and use to your advantage.

Keep this in mind and everything will be fine.

Missed opportunities in life

A lot of different things are needed for individuals to achieve success. There is no single strategy that guarantees a prosperous existence. If there was then each and every one of us would be a millionaire, rich beyond our wildest dreams. You might look at someone wealthy with a tinge of jealousy and think to yourself that you'll never achieve what he has achieved in his life. The truth is you already have everything you need to get what he has achieved, but you don't know how to use these resources. Our standard of life is related to how well we utilise our resources, so if you think that you have missed out in your life, what can you do to change it for the better? Every day there are new opportunities, but we don't always see them. You could say that you have to be in the right place at the right time. But how do you identify exactly where and when?… To see the opportunities that present themselves to us you need to use visualization By visualizing you can create emotions which can produce actions. These emotions work as a natural magnet and attract the things you think about. You are able to create a link between what you desire in your visualisation and what happens in reality. The power of attraction works, and you must realise that if you use it, it will help you to get what you want. Through visualization and the power of attraction you will see every opportunity available to you that could enrich your life in a way you would never have believed.

How much are you worth?

The starting point has to be your thought process. Your mindset has a huge impact on you and everything that goes on around you. Every thought you think and every emotion you feel will in some way be reflected in any decision and reaction you make in everyday life.
Everyone has a worth. The question is,'How much are you worth?' If you work full-time, you will be rewarded for that. You'll receive a steady income. The majority of people in this situation live in what we could call a comfort zone. This gives us a sense of security and stability. This personal comfort zone relates to the things you have in your life: a car, a home, a partner, clothes, holidays, friends...and so on. If you ever find yourself outside this comfort zone then I'm 100% sure that you will automatically take action. Whatever steps you take, you will try to ensure a return, as fast as possible, to your comfort zone. So, why is it then, that so few people are successful? Sometimes motivation just isn't enough. Not only should you be pro-active in your efforts to make your situation comfortable again, but you must never ever stop going forward in your quest to obtain this target. Do not let anything at all hold you back. Certain obstacles will more than likely hinder you but you must never allow these to jeopardise your progress. Leaders don't get stuck in the same place. They go forward.
Have you ever received unexpected extra money? A windfall. What did you do with it?... 98% of people spend it within a few days, buying unnecessary things that they could have done without… It works the other way round too. If we lose money, we feel uncomfortable and immediately start working very hard on trying to put things right! We do whatever it takes. If we can earn more at work, we will. If not, then maybe it'd be necessary to sell something of value. Any action you take has one sole purpose. Returning you to your comfort zone!
Returning to the question of how much are you worth? The answer? Well, you are worth as much as your comfort zone is worth. How do you become rich? You change your comfort zone! To achieve this, first of all you need to change your way of thinking. You need to change your state of mind. If you want to fast-track to wealth then keep your desire fertile. Picture it: more money, a new contract, a new car, a new home. The list should be limitless....
How do you stay focussed ? Imagine an 'If not' scenario - If I do not earn $20,000 in the next month then I will lose...lose.. lose.  If you think that you can do it, then do it now. You can have anything you want. But what exactly DO you want? How much  would YOU like to be worth? Think about it.

What do you want? How much  would you like to be worth?
Think about it.

A simple way to become wealthy.

You need to be ambitious to be successful in life. Only someone with ambition and commitment will do what it takes to set targets and realise them. Finding the motivation to succeed is essential. Not only do you need to become a leader for yourself, but a leader for others too. You must not let anything hold you back... Such restraints will keep you in a place you don't want to be. It's time to be brave.
